Learn chord names by recognizing
their notes. You can use the configurable
hint to display the apropriate amount of
information for your skill level. In this example
we see the notes given are B D# F. Our hint
displays that this is a 1 3 5 chord. A 1 3 5 chord
formula is for a major chord. By looking at the chord notes
or the major scale given we see the root of the chord is a B.
So putting it all together, we would enter B major using the buttons
below and then hit enter. You can also learn how to
determine chord notes given a chord name, simply
select the other game mode Chord To Notes
from the Games menu. Please see the Chord Learner's instructions
document for more examples and a list of all the chord formulas used.
